For additional information visit confidential POSITIONOVERVIEW TheRegional Account Manager (RAM) with (Qatar/ Doha) will focus onproactively building new clients and grow assigned territories byworking closely with our Technical Channel Partner and Marketingteam to formulate selling strategies and campaigns to build trustedrelationships with customers and their senior representatives. TheRegional Account Manager is accountable for achieving andoverachieving sales target to contribute to the sales performanceof the assigned region. The Regional Account Manager will be thetrusted advisor of Trend Micro as you articulate and promote thecompanys value proposition and services to customers. PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify andproactively target prospects and existing clients to drive theadoption of Trend Micro technologies andservices
  • Increasing market share in thedefined territory objectives of accounts and develop marketstrategies for each product and service
  • Knowledge of assigned territory connect with CIO/CISO to create andgrow opportunities
  • Work with relevantstakeholders (PreSales Marketing and Sales Head) to take the rightvalue proposition to Channel CEO and associated sales and technicalteams
  • Attain revenues goals per quarterallocation in line with BU goals
  • Developrelationships with our ecosystem of alliances or technologypartners (AWS/ Microsoft/ Vmware/ Google)
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust SASE UEBA XDR andSecurity Platforms like SIEM and SOAR can be addedadvantage
  • Document and maintain all accountinformation in Salesforce to facilitate opportunity managementaccurate revenue forecasting and accountplanning
  • Communicate relevant information tostakeholders to facilitate decision making
  • Build and maintain client contacts and relationships byunderstanding clients business andrequirements
  • Consult customers on cybersecurity initiatives and drive constant engagement from demos tillpost implementation support
  • Lead and supportany client meetings/calls
  • Hold and participatein the account review meetings to discuss claims customerexperience service performance and client feedback as well aspossible future opportunities forCVP
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years ofrelevant Sales Experience and preferably few years in SecurityIndustry.
  • Account Management certificationsuch as SPIN or TAS would be highly regarded.
  • Sales Based Certifications
  • SecurityCertification
  • Exposure to both End CustomerEnvironments and Channels
  • Selling value to CIOand complex multiple customer scenario showcasing technical andsales expertise
  • Proven Account Managementexperience in commercial sector
  • Knowledge ofcompetition new cybersecurity technologies upcoming trends (CloudDigital Transformation IIoT industry etc) country regulations thataffect target markets
  • Must have growthorientedmindset and experience of working in the collaborativeenvironment
  • Collaborative across variousfunctions such as Technical Marketing Channel to ensure customersuccess at all level
  • Ability to network createand build strong relationships senior executiverelationships
  • Excel in presenting businessvalue proposition solutions/benefits of complex technology ineasytounderstand businesslanguage
