IMPORTANT STEPS TO FOLLOW:******:

  • To manage the flow of information between the Company's Corporate Management and its investors, and to the broader financial community.
  • This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will lead all internal and external investor relations activities and will act as the Company spokesperson to introduce, position, and market MEEZA to investors and potential investors (including running investor day meetings & marketing events with key investors).
  • Production of all Annual Reports, QSE filings, and proxy statements.
  • Create presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors.
  • Manage the investor relations section of the company website.
  • Ensure compliance with QFMA and QSE regulations (including management of closed period).
  • Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for Senior Management.
  • Maintainance and adherence to Investor Relations policies.
  • Responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework and tactics, as well as for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap for MEEZA.
  • Provide Company Management and Board of Directors information about trends, Shareholders' concerns and competitor actions that might impact the Company and issue statements on business issues.
  • Comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/financial tools/metrics, etc.
  • Monitoring performance and resultoriented metrics daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly.
  • Identify the different classes of shareholders and present them according to their requirements.
  • Detecting the ongoing operational changes in the Company and tracking them through ongoing contacts with management and conveying them properly to the investors.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Preparation of the Annual Report.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls.
  • Facilitates financial analyst meetings, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, suggesting and setting the format and dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may arise before, during, and after the meeting.
  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
  • Manage equity research and investor relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community (investors, analysts, exchange representatives, etc.), maintain a database of interactions, and convey feedback to management.
  • Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
  • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting laws that regulate the financial industry. Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.
