  • Ensure correct grooming standards arefollowed at all times
  • Follow the Care Programmeat all times
  • Follow up on all financials, LQA,Forbes and TrustYou targets
  • Is aware of thedaily and monthly financial targets
  • Activelycontributes towards the achievement of financialtargets
  • Keep manager on duty updated of anyguest feedback so they can update the GlitchReport
  • Completes the relevant opening andclosing checklists
  • Maintains the HACCP& FIFO standards as required by the regional governingbody
  • Assume the responsibility of daily setupand breakdown operations
  • Attends dailybriefings prior to commencement ofshift
  • Conducts daily briefings with the casuallabour team
  • Ensure all appropriate equipment ison hand for each service period
  • Should becreative, confident and prepared to think outside of thebox
  • Following the personal development plan setby the corporate office
  • Ensure the operationalinventory is always accounted for and in immaculatecondition
  • Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy incase of an Emergency
  • Assists guests with theirevent technology requirements
  • Pick up and droplinen while maintaining the linen logbook
  • Maintain the OS&E polishingschedule and ensure it is always kept in an immaculatecondition
  • Ensure awareness and delivers theoptimum levels of service and guestsatisfaction
  • Flexible to work in other areaswhen required by the immediateSupervisor
  • Maintains a detailed inventory ofall the operating supplies and equipment
  • Recordany wastage, breakage or lose
  • Prepares therelevant mise en place for all the events
