JobSummary andPurpose

Collaborate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) stakeholders tounderstand business processes gather requirements and translatethem into effective and efficient technological solutions. Identifyopportunities for process improvement data analysis and support thesuccessful delivery ofprojects.

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities:

DataAnalysis and Reporting:

1. Collect andanalyze data related to the supply chain including inventory levelsdemand forecasts and supplier performance.
2. Develop andgenerate reports showing noncompliance deviation from agreed SLAP&P and TOFA
3. Communicate findings andrecommendations to key stakeholders through presentations reportsand other communication channels.
4. Coordinate withinternal IT team for generating reports and dashboards to provideinsights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and make datadrivenrecommendations.

Process Improvement& Benchmarking

5. Identifyinefficiencies in the supply chain processes and proposeimprovements to enhance overall efficiency reduce costs and improvecustomer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and monitorthe results.
7. Monitor industry trends regulatorychanges and technological advancements that may impact the supplychain.
8. Stay updated on best practices and emergingtechnologies in supply chainmanagement.

Demand Planning andForecasting:

9. Work closely with thedemand planning team and supply team to analyze historical data andmarket trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
10. Assistin developing and maintaining demand forecasting models to optimizeinventory levels and minimizestockouts.

InventoryManagement:

11. Optimize inventorylevels to balance the cost of holding inventory against the risk ofstockouts.
12. Develop and implement strategies tominimize excess and obsoleteinventory.

Supplier RelationshipManagement:

13. Evaluate and monitorsupplier performance through metrics and key performanceindicators.
14. Collaborate with procurement teams forcontinuous monitoring of contracts status milestones andKPIs.

TechnologyUtilization:

15. Leverage technologyand data analytics tools like Power Bi to streamline supply chainprocesses.
16. Plan and implement supply chaindigitalization projects.

RiskManagement:

17. Identify and assesspotential risks in the supply chain such as disruptions in thesupply of raw materials or geopolitical issues.
18.Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity ofsupply.

ProjectManagement:

19. Contribute to supplychain improvement projects ensuring timely completion and effectiveimplementation of solutions.
20. Work closely with SAPdevelopers and consultants to design implement and maintain SAPsolutions.
21. Participate in SAP implementation projectsincluding system upgrades and enhancements.
22.Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successfulimplementation of SAPsolutions.

Accountabilities2

Business Process Analysis:

23. Analyzeand understand the organizations endtoend supply chain processesand identify areas for improvement using SAP solutions.
24. Create business requirement documents and coordinate withinternal IT team for mapping business processes to SAPfunctionalities.

Troubleshooting andSupport:

25. Provide basic support toend users for SAPrelated supply chain issues.
26.Collaborate with SAP support teams to resolve complex technicalissues.

Training andDocumentation:

27. Develop trainingmaterials and conduct training sessions for endusers to ensureeffective utilization of SAP supply chain modules.
28.Create and maintain business process documentation and userguidelines.

Collaboration withStakeholders:

29. Work closely withbusiness stakeholders including supply chain managers procurementteams and logistics teams to understand their requirements andcoordinate with internal IT team for implementing businesssolutions.
30. Collaborate with various departmentsincluding procurement logistics finance and sales to ensurealignment of supply chain strategies with overall businessobjectives.
31. Collaborate with leadership to drivestrategic initiatives based on analytical insights.

Qualifications Experience and JobSkills

Qualifications:

  • BachelorsDegree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain ManagementLogistics Operations Management Business Administration orEngineering.
  • Supply Chain relatedcertifications: CSCP CPIM CLTD CPSMSCPro.

Experience:

  • Aminimum of 8 10 years of experience in roles such as supply chainanalyst procurement specialist or relatedpositions.
  • Training / certification in SAP SCMmodules preferred.
  • Familiar with supply chainprocess related to Oil & Gas Transportation / logisticsIndustries.
  • GCC experiencePreferred.
