Primary purpose ofjob
Manage and provide specialist support tobusiness end users for the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)modules such

as Materials Management WarehouseManagement and Quality Management including core functionalitieslike Procure to

Pay (P2P) Material Planning(MRP) Inventory management External service management Qualityinspection of material

Warehouse ManagementProcesses (WM)Document management (DMS) & Reporting. Definedocument and execute

remodelling andenhancements of SAP business processes through analysis planningdesigning building and delivering

SAP solutionsusing SAP business configuration & developmenttechnologies.

Experience &Skills
3. A total of 9 years professional workexperience that includes:

a) Minimum of 3 yearshandson SAP implementation / support experience including at leastone full life cycle

implementation project asSenior Consultant for SAP Material Management module (including WM& QMmodules)

coveringBusiness Process Design Configuration Gap Analysis DevelopmentTesting and Training

b) Minimum of 6 years ofproven experience in Supply chain management including PurchasingExternal service

management MRP inventorycontrol warehouse functioning etc. Preferably in an Oil and Gasorganization.

  • Indepth hands onexpertise of SAP Materials Management Warehouse Management& Quality Management applications
such as Purchasing Inventory Management Master data recordsMaterial valuation Product cataloguing External service

management QM for procurement Warehouse Management principles andprocesses.

  • Indepth knowledge of bestbusiness practices in Supply Chain Management functions in Oil& Gas or Petrochemical
Industry
  • Good knowledge of integration touch points ofSCM modules with SAP PM SD PS ISOil & FI/CO Module andability to
understand requirements forestablishing interfaces to external systems.
  • Experience of SAP project managementmethodologies programme / project management and service levelmanagement
  • Demonstrates a commitment to qualityand continuous improvement. Operates independently using maturejudgment in
planning and performingassignments and achieving defined objectives.
  • Excellent people management problem solvingpersuasion negotiation and decisionmaking skills & teamplayer.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectivelymanage and communicate with a multicultural and multinationalworkforce
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunications skills with the ability to communicate concepts asappropriate to customers
contractors andstaff

Education
1. Bachelorsdegree in Engineering / Petroleum / Management / orequivalent.
2. Preferably SAP Certification in MaterialManagement.
