The Role:

Technical Solution Manager Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Solution Managerspecializing in Broadcast and Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms, with astrong background in cloud computing, to join our Managed Servicesteam.

This role is central to our mission of deliveringcutting-edge streaming and broadcast solutions that meet and exceedour customers complex and evolving needs.

The ideal candidate willexcel in leveraging cloud technologies to innovate, scale, andenhance the management of the broadcast and OTT platforms.

Asignificant part of your role will involve working closely with ourcustomer in a managed service framework to deeply understand theirrequirements, challenges, and goals.

This understanding will enableyou to design and implement tailored solutions that align perfectlywith their business objectives.

You will act as the bridge betweenour customers and our internal teams, coordinating efforts acrossengineering, product development, and support teams to ensureseamless project execution.

Your expertise in project leadershipwill ensure that solutions are not only aligned with our customersvisions but are also delivered efficiently, adhering to the higheststandards of quality and performance.

  • Experienced in Cloud &Virtual Platform Technologies
  • Lead collaboration withInternal Product, Operational, DevOps and Integration teams inrelation to our Customer Requirements.

  • Performance Analytics & Reporting.
  • ExceptionalCommunication Skills is a must. How can you add value to the team?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, witha strong focus on cloud computing, media streaming technologies, ordigital broadcast.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience in technical project management, solution architecture,or engineering within the broadcast/OTT industry.
  • Deepunderstanding of cloud-based infrastructure, services, andarchitectures with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud Platform.
  • Expertise in streaming protocols,codecs, and content delivery networks (CDNs), along with knowledgeof media processing workflows.
  • Familiarity withbroadcast industry standards, regulations, and security practices.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proficiencyin agile methodologies preferred.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engageand manage stakeholder expectations across diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with aproactive approach to tackling challenges and driving innovation.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g.
, AWS CertifiedSolutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) arehighly desirable What you can expect from us:
