About the Role We are looking for a Front End engineer towork on our flagship Arabic language site:

Kooora is the largestArabic language football site on the planet, and we have somereally exciting work in the pipeline.

You will come in and help usrealize our roadmap for the rest of the year. This is a full-timeremote role for a Frontend Developer.

As a Frontend Developer, youwill be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of developing andmaintaining the front-end of This includes implementing responsiveweb design, collaborating with back-end developers, and ensuringthe overall performance and user experience of the platforms.

WhatYou'll Be Doing Work alongside product managers and thechief developer to deliver high-quality front-end features toKooora's website for use by 70 million users globally.

Deliver high-quality, robust, and testable code adhering tointernal engineering procedures, code conventions, and developmentmethodologies. Contribute to comprehensive documentation thatsupports the development and support lifecycles. Monitor systemperformance and resolve any issues or failures in staging orproduction environments. What You Have Experience in frontenddevelopment - deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6 andlater). Experience with modern tools/libraries (SASS, NextJS,React, Angular JS, Graph QL). Knowledge of design patterns andmodern programming principles. Proficiency in using version controlsystems like Git for managing and tracking changes to code.
Knowledge of tools like Gulp, Grunt, or Webpack to automaterepetitive tasks, optimize assets, and streamline the developmentworkflow. Creativity and problem-solving skills. Fluency in writtenand spoken English (min. B1) and Arabic.

Would Be Great If You HaveExperience with :
AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages), Webpack, GTM(Google Tag Manager), Google Optimize, Docker. Experience inbuilding services on AWS cloud (Cloud Front, autoscaling ECS,Dynamo DB, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Elasti Cache). Practical knowledge ofversion control systems (Git, branching strategies). Ability towrite tests using JavaScript (unit, integration, regression).Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization basics. Experience in AgileSoftware Development and Scrum.
