Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Kempinski Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests in a friendly and caring manner, adhering to Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
  • Ensure LQA results are above 85%.
  • Register guests and assign rooms upon check-in.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible and assist guests with completing registration cards.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and verify guest payment methods.
  • Process guest check-out procedures, including inquiring about last-minute charges and receiving payment.
  • Handle front office cashiers' transactions, such as posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency.
  • Balance cash floats at the end of each shift.
  • Answer guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, providing information and taking appropriate actions or referring matters to relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department.
  • Stay informed about product and service knowledge, as well as hotel daily and meeting activities.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of room reservation procedures.
  • Keep the working area neat and organized.
