Management of specific base of customers through daily communication and ensure all the clearances / deliveries are done within agreed service levels.

  • Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
  • Controlling all documents (in/out) with proper monitoring and ensuring all documents meets the customs clearance requirement prior handing over to respective Clearance Operations CSR.
  • Identify any import restrictions based on document check and clearly marked on file and notify/advise to respective Operation CSR.
  • Check the cargo specification and note on what kind of vehicle to be used (i.e. 3ton, FB, LB, etc.)
  • Opening the job in with complete details as per the standards. All mandatory and important fields will need to be filled with proper shipment information.
  • Checking the documents and ensure that all details are mentioned in Commercial Invoice / Packing List / BL or AWB. This will ensure smooth clearance operations.
  • Prepare customs clearance excel sheet for all shipment.
  • Initiate communication with shipping line for Sea Freight shipment on ETA (with cc to respective CSR)
  • Responsible to process DO release for Air Freight shipments.
- keeping a record of all gate passes for FCL shipments and ensuring they are all properly logged.

  • Properly allocate estimated cost in for the services to be rendered except for receipted charges.
  • Respond on documents and required information within 2 hours after first information is received from direct or indirect customers or vendor/agent
  • Responsible and accountable to provide complete and detailed check list to Clearance Operations CSR. (Refer job file/folder checklist and it is mandatory to be pen marked with tick/click)
  • Keeping a common monitoring sheet. Prepare adhoc reports as needed.
  • Regular and consistent attendance during assigned work hours is required.
  • Any other work as assigned by the Team Leader/ Supervisors
  • Extensive/effective/efficient use of check list
  • To maintain all "Temporary Import and Export" records in common drive & keep track TI validity, deposit, expiry dates, fine & refund process
  • Maintain and develop close relationship with other departments, specially CCR department
  • Check all the bayan with HS code in line with CIPL. Maintain list of supplier vs HS code used
  • Provide monthly/daily/weekly report as per customers requirement
  • Keeping a record of all signed contracts/tariff of clients and ensure validity.
  • Frequently check GAC Track. All top clients are mandatory to have GAC Track
  • Keeping a record of all client CR, CR validity, QCCSW authorization validity.
  • Ensure that GAC comply with customer's compliance requirements.
  • Understand, follow, and contribute towards Delta 21, GAC Time, Quality Management and HSSE Management Systems as well.
