As a Global Sales Senior Officerin the Sales Excellence team you will be responsible to providecommercial business support and assistance to the Global Salesfunction including project management marketing IT development& compliance to enable revenue growth and revenueprotection while keeping a clear focus on commercial alignment. Tomanage and execute legal compliance along with the internal& external processes. To perform data analytical tasks toidentify and support business activities both driven frommanagement requests and selfgenerated in a timely manner. Drivingday to day management of the client/supplier sales cyclecoordination with QR Sales Offices and ensuring intelligentimplementation of sales tools & technology in line withsales strategies and objectives.

Other keyoperational duties wouldinclude:

  • Manage projects involvingmultiple stakeholders and with all levels of management.
  • Provide deep analysis and research intobusiness opportunities within a changing global marketplace inorder to make informed commercial decisions and reduce speed tomarket.
  • Responsible for being an effectiveinterface between the Global Sales function with other internaldepartments including but not limited toContracts/Legal/Finance/Marketing etc and for implementing andmaintaining sales policies processes and procedures for GlobalSales through ongoing communication and stakeholdermanagement.
  • Provide support and assistance toManagers & field offices that complement their requirementsin achieving their Sales targets/KPIs
  • Toidentify & highlight required improvement areas within theexisting processes. With visibility to stakeholders be able toformulate & implement improvements to the administrationtasks ensuring Global Sales delivers & meetsdeadlines/speed to market & an maintains an easy to dobusiness with profile
  • Prepare intelligencereports & analytics for client & internalstakeholder business reviews to provide the commercial organizationwith visibility and support in makingdecisions.
  • Support Global Sales widercommercial objectives across relevant functions through theformulation development and implementation of tools and productsthat would facilitate and enhance station performancecapabilities.
  • Support in drafting andmaintaining business line or product specific SOPs and guidelinesin order to facilitate further business alignment andcompliance.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate andexperienced professional to join the Global Salesteam.

  • Bachelors degree qualified.
  • 5 years of experience in ProjectManagement
  • Experience on CRM systems such asSafesforce
  • Experience of deliveringtraining.
  • Ability to handle and process largeblocks of data and prepare executivesummaries
  • Ability to evaluate processes andmake recommendations for improvement
  • Provencommercial skills and business acumen (able to spot and interpretmarket trends)
  • Knowledge of travelindustry
  • Advanced skills of influencing andnegotiation skills
  • Advanced skills ofanalytical and problem solvingskills
