  • Ensure BAT standard WH processes
  • EHS policies arefollowed 100 % at WH and transportationacross all GCC logisticsoperation
  • Inventory accuracy ismaintained
  • Efficient work relationship with 3PL ismaintained, contracts,processes and way of working agreements
  • Critical metricsacross the logistics operation is inplace and measuredperiodically(WH utilization, daily inboundoutbound, damages peroperation, cost per piece, truck utilization,customs clearancelead time etc)
  • Premium costs likedemurrage, premiumfreight extra documentation is under control endbeing measured.
  • Cycle counts process is in place andcount (monthly,quarterly, half year, annual) takes place. Systemadjustments arebeing done with required approvals
  • Ensureefficientroute management for transportation.
Requiredforecast(truck, WH, container etc) is provided to relevantcollaborators(3PL, Procurement, Regional Logistics, Security):

  • Support planning team in SLOB (slow moving and obsoleteitems)
  • Maintain 100% accurate documentation for inboundandoutbound. CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Exceladvancedknowledge is a must
  • At least 3 years workingexperiencein Supply Chain
  • Bachelor Degree in relatedfields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to workwithlittle supervision and track multiple processes
  • Experience with SAP
