  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage and oversee the administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and other support staff
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure the smooth flow of information and materials between departments
  • Plan and manage office events and activities, including meetings, conferences, and social events
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain the companys physical space, including managing facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations, data privacy laws, and employment laws
  • Collaborate with IT department to ensure that office technology and equipment are up-to-date and functioning properly
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in office management or administration
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to office operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
