Youwill focus onmaintainingcurrent businessrelationshipsimprovinginactive accountsandcreatingnew businessopportunities.
Youwill be aware of all project bidsand target IngramMicrosinvolvement in them.
What will you doYouwillestablishproductive professional relationships with keypersonnel in assigned partner accounts.
You will Coordinate theinvolvement of company personnel including support service andmanagement resources to meet partner performanceobjectivesandpartners expectations.
You will meet assigned targets for profitablesales volume and strategicobjectivesin assigned partneraccounts.
You need to Proactively lead a joint partner planningprocess that develops mutual performanceobjectives financialtargets and critical milestones associated with a productivepartner relationship.
You need to proactively assess clarifyandvalidatepartner needs.You willsellthrough partner organizationsto end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
You willmanage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels byfostering excellent communication internally and externally andthrough strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
You willlead solution development efforts that best address enduser needswhile coordinating the involvement of all necessary company andpartner personnel.You will ensure partner compliance with partneragreements.
You will drive the adoption of company programs amongassigned partners.
Which Talent do you bringYou are a graduatewithmin5yearsof experienceinELVsales/ Business Developmentin theQatar region.
You have experience working with IT/ELVsystemintegrators and dealing withEndusersYou have experience in sellingCCTV and physicalsecurityproducts.
You are enthusiastic and drivenby results with a strong will to succeed.
You are a selfstarterselfmotivated and a team player.
Youhavea strong customerfirstmentality able toutilizetheir relationships to driveresults.
