Job Description:

We are looking for a Business DevelopmentManager Physical Security who will be Driving vendor sales whilstmeeting the company and vendor objectives and targets.

You willmicromanage all layers of the sales channel and improve productdepth and market share for all tiers. You will focus on maintainingcurrent business relationships improving inactive accounts andcreating new business opportunities. You will be aware of allproject bids and target Ingram Micros involvement in them. Whatwill you do You will establish productive professionalrelationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Youwill Coordinate the involvement of company personnel includingsupport service and management resources to meet partnerperformance objectives and partners expectations. You will meetassigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategicobjectives in assigned partner accounts.

You need to Proactivelylead a joint partner planning process that develops mutualperformance objectives financial targets and critical milestonesassociated with a productive partner relationship.

You need toproactively assess clarify and validate partner needs. You willsell through partner organizations to end users in coordinationwith partner sales resources.

You will manage potential channelconflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellentcommunication internally and externally and through strictadherence to channel rules of engagement.

You will lead solutiondevelopment efforts that best address enduser needs whilecoordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partnerpersonnel. You will ensure partner compliance with partneragreements. You will drive the adoption of company programs amongassigned partners.

Which Talent do you bring You are a graduatewith min 5 years of experience in ELV sales/ Business Developmentin the Qatar region.

You have experience working with IT/ELV systemintegrators and dealing with Endusers You have experience inselling CCTV and physical security products.

You are enthusiasticand driven by results with a strong will to succeed. You are aselfstarter selfmotivated and a team player. You have a strongcustomerfirst mentality able to utilize their relationships todrive results.
