Assist in the creation and updating of training programs, materials, and manuals.

  • Develop elearning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing training schedules and logistics.
  • Deliver training sessions on various topics as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure their effectiveness.
  • Collect feedback from participants to make continuous improvements.
  • Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain training records and databases.
  • Manage training budgets and resources.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and vendors.
  • Support individual employee development plans.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in learning and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus.
  • 24 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field in
    MARRIOT HOTELS:
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
