IT Administrator/Training, Apps & End User Support

In this IT Administrator/Training, Apps & End User Support position

  • You will liaise with country manager and regional IT lead to develop and implement local IT strategies that are appropriate for business needs following vertical and horizontal guidelines and objectives.
  • You will lead the ITinterface at country level, provides coordination and direction, and interacts with the business in the country to ensure the needs of the business are addressed and issues raised are escalated and resolved.
  • You will be accountable for the efficient, effective and timely delivery of all IT services and solutions within the country aligned with the strategic needs of the division.
  • You will control adherence to IT governance mechanisms for the country within divisional and overall DPDHL guidelines.
  • You will optimize operational quality and consistency of the IT systems in the country.
  • You will analyze complex IT issues and improves, changes or adapts existing methods and techniques.
  • You will deliver innovation that influences the way the division is operating, making money, or managing people in the country and ensure continuous improvements in the system availability & reliability.
  • You will drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with IRR priorities and Regional BPST manager.
  • You will convince and influence others within the organization to make favorable decisions where strong interest exists to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • You will reach agreement within the organization to accept complete proposals and programs where all parties are generally willing participants.
  • You will manage technical infrastructure projects and IT support for the country office and remote offices.
  • You will prioritize day to day IT requests and solution workflow for technical operations in the system availability.
  • You will implement and ensure network security and maintain vendors relationship and purchases.

Now, here's what we need from you

  • 5 to 7 years' experience
  • Proven experience in the management of a team across IT Infrastructure, System Development and Management as well as Service Management Discipline
  • Understanding and practical experience of the IT requirements within the division.
  • Extensive knowledge of OFR Import Operations
