The Marketing Events Manager is tasked with organizing and carrying out marketing events to strengthen the organization's brand presence and support its success.

This role involves participating in the creative development and operational management of events, ensuring they align with the brand's positioning and core values, while also being responsible for cost optimization and revenue generation through these events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing events strategy by collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Create detailed project plans for each event to ensure smooth and organized execution.
  • Lead both internal and external teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Plan and participate in promotional events such as conferences, open days, exhibitions, and road shows.
  • Analyze and report on the results and impact of marketing events to senior management.
  • Organize and manage a diverse range of marketing events that align with the brand's positioning and values.
  • Lead the creative development of events to reflect the brand's objectives and values.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including logistics, coordination, vendor management, and onsite execution, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging.
  • Strategically manage event budgets to optimize costs while maintaining quality and impact.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through events, such as ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate event details with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and necessary approvals.
  • Develop strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Manage venue hire requests and client satisfaction to ensure smooth operations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of events.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, effectively managing risks and contingencies.
  • Conduct postevent evaluations to analyze results and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed budgets and financial reports for each event.
  • Lead and mentor the event team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in event planning and execution.
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness through impactful events.
  • Communicate event updates and results regularly to team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate event processes and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans to address unexpected situations during events.

Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/ Events function
  • Knowledge of the local market, laws, regulations, and business landscape.
