Qualification:
Bachelor degree inChemical/Process Engineering. Chartered Engineer status orequivalent is preferable.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years relevantpost graduate experience, of which 10 years in Oil & Gasindustry with an international reputable Operating company.
Experience in Offshore and Upstream operations and maintenance ismandatory.Skill / knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or QPstandards related to his area of expertise and also ProcessSIMULATION such as HYSIS, ASPEN, FLARENET, etc.
Exposure withinternational consulting company, EPIC contractor withprojects' pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up andHand-over activities is an added advantage. Possess soundfundamentals in his discipline area. Shall possess very goodtechnical skills in his discipline. Possess good communication,presentation skills and fluent in English language.Primary Dutiesand Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing required qualityProcess engineering support and expertise for operations,maintenance, through all stages of the project as required.
Verifyand review existing facilities operational & maintenanceproblems and recommend technical resolution.Verify and review (ifrequired) project technical designs, Process simulation documents,and design documents in accordance with approved standards and tomeet Operations, Maintenance, Asset integrity and HSE requirements.
Ensure project scope preparation completeness review with hands onexperience in operation and maintenance.Plan and coordinatebetween all Asset Holder stake holders and Project Team to ensureproject requirements are met and aligned and provide continuousproject assurance.
Coordinate (if required) with Project executiondepartment, engineering, operations and maintenance teams duringprojects' FEED and EPIC stages to align operations,maintenance, and Asset Integrity and HSE requirements.
Coordinatewith all relevant Asset Holder stakeholders to resolve existingfacilities technical issues and recommend technical resolution.Support operations, maintenance and project to ensure that allapplicable environmental, process and safety technical policies,standards are fully integrated and implemented.
