  • Minimum 15 years experience in Oil& Gas post-graduation
  • Experience of working in avariety of projects and phases, including greenfield andbrownfield, on and offshore, Concept through to EPC, with a focuson upstream.
  • A self-motivated, proactive individual withhigh achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and good organisational awareness
  • Ability to impact and influence fellow workers
  • Demonstration of customer focus and ability to respond to customerneeds whilst achieving project and corporate objectives
  • Display analytical and innovation skills to manage newtechnology
  • Experience of leading/chairing HAZID/HAZOPreviews for small projects will be an advantage
  • Able toproduce process simulations using Aspentech Hysys. Ability to useother simulation tools such as Pro-II will be anadvantage
  • Use of flow assurance software including OLGAand PIPENET
  • Experience of Aveva P&ID and/orSmartplant P&ID software
  • Produce, review, andtake responsibility for the accuracy of detailed calculations,process engineering datasheets and drawings to specify the processengineering requirements of our projects
  • Supervise lessexperienced process engineers and, where required, be line managerfor process engineers within Qatar office.
  • Supportrecruitment, training and development of processpersonnel
  • Follow company standards and procedures toschedule and budget as advised by the Lead ProcessEngineer
  • Remain up to date with the latest technicaldevelopments in your fields of expertise
  • Demonstrate,provide and develop appropriate technical solutions for specificproject issues
  • Ensure the delivery of challenging projectand client targets using sound technical knowledge anddecision-making skills
  • Take a proactive approach topersonal & professional development
  • Ensure Woodand Client Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures arefollowed and that a high standard of safety is achieved in allassociated work
  • Demonstrate appreciation of commercialand technical risks, managing these appropriately within own workand highlighting any significant issues to Lead ProcessEngineer
  • Seek and support opportunities for departmentand project improvement and contribute to developingsolutions
