  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years in Compensation and Benefits function. GRP qualification preferred

Task Description:

  • Responsible to provide recommendations/advice on employees' positions/titles and pay.
  • Know how to provide recommendations on employees' compensation & benefits policies, plans and programs. Regular update of work.
  • Knowledgeable to discuss and advise on compensation & benefits queries.
  • Can respond to queries and resolve issues with regards to compensation & benefits and policies
  • With experience answering HR budget and manpower related queries.
