Job Title:
Specialty Coffee and Mocktail Mixologist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a diverse menu of specialty coffee drinks and mocktails that showcase creativity, innovation, and exceptional flavor profiles.
  • Expertly craft a variety of coffeebased beverages, including espressobased drinks, pourovers, and cold brews, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Create imaginative and visually appealing mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, bitters, and garnishes.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends, mocktail innovations, and industry developments to continuously evolve the menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure beverage pairings complement the food menu and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, with expertise and precision.
  • Source, select, and curate a diverse range of coffee beans, teas, and mocktail ingredients to maintain a highquality inventory.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in barista techniques, mocktail preparation, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and informative manner, sharing insights about coffee origins, brewing methods, and mocktail inspirations.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for coffee beans, syrups, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote specialty coffee and mocktail offerings through creative presentations and social media content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist, Barista, or similar role, with a strong background in crafting coffee and mocktail beverages.
  • Indepth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting processes, brewing techniques, and coffee equipment.
  • Creative flair and an ability to design unique and visually appealing coffee and mocktail creations.
  • Strong familiarity with mocktail ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and team members effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently highquality beverages.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure and precision.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on beverage trends and industry advancements.
