Job Summary and Purpose

Key Accountabilities:

  • Preparing temporary paper passes, card gate passes and supplementary cards for employees, clients, subcontractors and visitors.
  • Encoding the data in the BCFD and updating in the system.
  • Responsible in maintaining and monitoring employees, clients, subcontractors, and visitor gate passes.
  • Informing responsible Section/Departments about the gate passes validity.
  • Assisting in issuance of gate passes to the respective personnel / HRFD/ Visitors.
  • Maintaining gate pass section internal database.
  • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

High school graduate.

Experience:

  • At least 1year experience in clerical work.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language. Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage.
