We are looking for a Administrative Compliance Coordinator for our company.

Responsibilities:

Renewals Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the renewal process for licenses, permits, certifications, Employee IDs and other necessary documents.

Visa Processing:

  • Communicate with immigration authorities and Government departments to ensure compliance with company and visa regulations.

Compliance Matters:

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Documentation Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all company documentation, including contracts, permits, licenses, and compliancerelated materials.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents as needed.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact regarding administrative and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Corporate Service agency
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and visa regulations.
