**Résumé des fonctions**

Ouvrir les portes et aider les clients/visiteurs à entrer et sortir de l'hôtel. Surveiller et orienter le trafic des véhicules individuels et commerciaux sur la propriété, y compris les voitures des clients, les taxis, les limousines et les bus, afin d'assurer un stationnement légal et un trafic fluide et efficace. Orienter les clients et les informer sur les installations, services et heures d'ouverture de l'hôtel ainsi que sur les lieux à visiter et les activités proposées. Surveiller et assurer la sécurité et la propreté des zones et niveaux de stationnement, rendre compte à un superviseur/responsable de tous les risques de sécurité/véhicules suspects, de la présence de personnel non autorisé, ou des problèmes de sécurité potentiels. Assurer la sécurité des véhicules et des clés des véhicules. Informer les clients/visiteurs sur les procédures de stationnement.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et certifications sur la sécurité ; respecter la confidentialité des informations propres à l'hôtel ; protéger tous les biens de l'entreprise. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la compagnie, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s'unir et s'entraider afin d'atteindre les buts communs. Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps ou pendant tout le quart. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
