Le VIE sera intégré à l'équipe duprojet NFE (Projet mené par Technip Energies et notre partenaire Chiyoda formant un partenariat qui s'appelle CTJV).

Concrètement vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Être le principal support du senior completion engineer ;
  • Revoir le contenu des sous-systèmes dans la base de données de completion et s'assurer de la consistance des données engineering (consistency check) ;
  • Lecture et revues de plan pour population de la base de données ;
  • Maitriser les outils completion (completion database tool et reporting) ;
  • Être avec les sous-traitants;
  • Collaborer avec les sous-traitants pour les processus de completion ;
  • Organiser et notifier les SITES walkdowns ;
  • Participer aux revues de listes de réserves (punchlist) avec les sous-traitants ;
  • Coordonner avec les sous-traitants, le transfert des documents nécessaires aux dossiers de completion ;
  • Revoir le contenu technique des dossiers ;
  • Identifier les potentiels workfronts et orienter les équipes (construction / PCC / completion) ;
  • Être l'interface avec le site engineering pour la gestion de la documentation «redline».

Présentation succincte du service de Rattachement :

Le service Completion Hand-Over est un département transverse qui intervient entre les différentes phases du projet (construction-QC / Precommissioning / Commissioning / Start-up) pour s'assurer du transfert des sous-systemes (découpage physique et fonctionnel de l'usine), pour s'assurer de l'achèvement des travaux à chaque phase et transférer la responsabilité entre les différentes parties prenantes.

  • Vous êtes diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur.
  • Autonome, curieux(se).
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe.
  • Vous possédez une bonne maitrise du Pack Office et éventuellement des connaissances en base de données.

Afin de pouvoir communiquer facilement, un niveau d'anglais courant est obligatoire.
