With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a Spa Receptionist/ Spa Coordinator with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to join our team in Doha.


Just a stone's throw from the many favourite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.


Your role will be included but not limited to:

  • Guest interactions: you will ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in a 5* manner, inform guests on our offerings and discuss all options with them.
  • Managing bookings: you will manage bookings and take any bookings from guests either in person or via the phone, you will talk guests through our Spa journey and guide them on their experience.
  • Promoting our products: you will promote and upsell our treatments and large range of products available, recommending products based on your knowledge gained through your interaction with the guest.
  • Coordinate with the team with the hotel updates and do administrative tasks like department schedule, payroll related tasks, etc.
So, we are looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa is desirable, or general Hospitality experience ready to try a new role
  • An interest in Spa and Wellness area, it would be great if this was something you were passionate about and had existing knowledge regarding.
  • High levels of communication, you will be communicating with guests and other departments daily.
  • Drive to produce result and to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a cando attitude and commitment to service.
  • Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests
