A Ladies Saloon Urgently required Female Accountant. Should have Graduate in Commerce. Good Communication in English, Arabic knowledge is Advantage. Working Hours 9.AM to 9 PM (2 hrs break). Accommodation and Transportation will be provided. In country hire only. Freshers also applicable. Visa holders only (Husband/Father sponsorship not applicable).

Job Descriptions:

  • Strictly follow the firstin firstout procedure, check the expiry dates of each item in the stores, making requisitions to the suppliers and maintain proper par stock of items in the store.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
  • Responsible to receive and process all invoices and expense forms.
  • Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
  • Maintain and reconcile the direct debit mandates and suppliers' statement, ready for payment.
  • Ensure that all clients' accounts are charged correctly and follow up for timely settlement as per our service terms.
  • Deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on daily basis.
  • Check suppliers' delivery notes against our goods inwards system and verify suppliers' delivery notes to invoices
  • Ensure that all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for inventory control, monthly stock control, physical inventories and preparing variation reports. You are required to visit other units / catering location for monthly physical inventory.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports as per set standards.
  • Responsible and accountable for stock control, receiving and issuing of store items, maintain upto date store records, daily issues and costing.
  • Maintain proper storage procedures of the raw material and cooked items so as to control wastage and spoilage due to mishandling and minimize the losses and achieve the budgeted food cost control wastage, spoilage.
  • To ensure prevention and precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances and danger from flammable, explosive, electrical and manual handling risks.
  • To ensure health safety practices and preventive measures and arrangements are implemented as necessary.
  • To carry out responsibilities assigned by your reporting Managers in accordance with Company's Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.

Salary:
QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month
