We are looking for an
Accounts Coordinator for one of our clients in Doha.
Interested individuals are encouraged to read through the role's duties and responsibilities, as well as the minimum requirements for the position.
Applicants are required to answer the pre-screening questions at the end.Minimum requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as an Accounts Coordinator or related positions.
- Degree level certificate
- Must have valid QID and NOC
- Can start immediately
Role's duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
- Record transactions in ledgers and accounting software.
- Generate and process invoices for products or services rendered.
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with clients or customers for timely payments.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Track and manage company expenses.
- Reconcile credit card statements and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide support in budget analysis and variance reporting.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Prepare regular financial statements.
- Assist in processing payroll and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.
