We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Welfare Officer Cum Document Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee welfare programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and morale.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a healthy and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
  • Establish and maintain an organized and efficient document control system.
  • Manage the creation, review, and distribution of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and update document versions, maintaining a comprehensive and uptodate repository.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper document handling and storage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in welfare officer or document controller.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
