Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target markets and key decision-makers within organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and track outreach efforts.
  • Customize outreach messages and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule meetings or consultations with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients and prospects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Knowledge of the Qatar market and business environment is a plus.
