  • To be available for healthcounseling and guidance wheneverrequired.
  • Attend to sick employees in the Hoteland accommodation Clinic and gives necessary medical advice andcounseling.
  • Ensures that communication trail isobserved at all times.
  • Conduct hospital visitsto admit employees whenever required.
  • Ensuresthat employees diagnosed to have communicable diseases are sent forstrict isolation as soon as possible.
  • Act as ateam leader during medical emergencies.
  • Checksthe first aid boxes in the hotel and accommodation and keep a logon a weekly basis.
  • Provides update regardinghealth to all employees periodically and asnecessary.
  • Attends to Qatar Municipalityscheduled medicals, in collaboration with GovernmentRelations
  • Ensures that all Qatar Municipalityrequirements and records are updated in the HRMS trackingsystem
  • Ensures that Food handlers'documents are up to date and distributed ontime.
  • Ensures that Health Insurance'sAddition and Deletion list is updated andcoordinated.
  • Maintains a tract of all healthinsurance issues on file.
  • Maintains an accidentlog in the clinic and ensures that it is coordinated with the LossPrevention Manager and the Director of HumanResources.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality atall times.
  • Confidential matters to be relayedonly to the General Manager and the Director of HumanResources.
  • Ensures cleanliness and orderlinessin the Hotel Clinic.
  • Prepares monthly inventoryof clinic medicines andequipment's.
  • Ensures ample clinicsupplies are at hand and maintenance of equipment is done wheneverrequired.
  • Maintains daily log of consultationsas well as updates on each patient's status wheneverrequired.
  • Furnishes a monthly report ofconsultations and sick leave for recordpurposes.
  • Participates on all Health and Safetycampaign of the Hotel.
  • Be aware of the FireSafety and evacuation of the hotel.
  • Ensuresthat required trainings are attended according to theschedule.
