Job SummaryThe Accounts Payable is responsible forensuring proper review, timely processing and communicating of alldisbursements in accordance with the Wyndham Hotels &Resorts policies and procedures.
General Requirements- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

- Must be effectiveat listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised byemployees and guests.

- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive,friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Attendall hotel required meetings and trainings.
- Maintainregular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotels &Resorts Standards, as required by scheduling, which will varyaccording to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain highstandards of personal appearance and grooming, which includeswearing the proper uniform and nametag.
- Comply withWyndham Hotels & Resorts Standards and regulations toencourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maximizeefforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist inimplementing solutions.
- Must be effective in handlingproblems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying andsolving problems as necessary.
- Must be able to understandand apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources tomeet appropriate objectives.
- Must be able to cross-trainin other hotel related areas.
- Must be able to maintainconfidentiality of information.
- Must be able to showinitiative, including anticipating guest or operationalneeds.
- Perform other duties as requested bymanagement.
- Analyze and maintainall vendor communication and correspondence including, but notlimited to, reviewing and processing invoices and disbursements,preparing various reports, monitoring critical payment lists,verifying vendor statements, etc.
- Monitor and ensurecompliance of Wyndham s approval levels, expense reportingprocedures, employee relocation disbursements, expense dictionaryusage, and other policies and procedures as required.
- Maintain purchase order systems, which include a listing of openPO's for goods received but not invoiced, filing,notification of PO discrepancies, etc.
- Reconciliation offood and beverage purchases.
- Reconciliation of receivinglogs with the appropriate personnel on a weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state tax regulations.
- Be aware of rebate and payment program requirements to ensurecompliance.
- Keep supervisor informed of any unusualevents and/or deviations from policies or procedures.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- High School diploma or equivalentrequired.
- At least one year of progressive experience ina hotel or related field preferred.
- College course workin related field helpful.
- Ability to understand andutilize basic computer equipment and applications, to include wordprocessing and spreadsheet applications.
- Flexible and long hours sometimesrequired.
- Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds offorce occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequentlyor constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise moveobjects
