As a Civil Team Leader in Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timeframes and budgets.

Your role will involve managing a team of civil engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.

Additionally, you will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with relevant regulations.

Your expertise in civil engineering principles, project management, and leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of construction projects in Qatar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of civil engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control measures and procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in civil engineering.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards relevant to construction projects in Qatar.
  • Professional certification or licensure in civil engineering (preferred).
