:
Support the Sustainability team(Senior) Managers in delivering specific tasks within the Strategyand Business development department. Responsibility includessupporting activities related to the Sustainability framework,strategy, policy, related framework(s), and agenda. This includespromoting and assisting roll-out and deployment across QNB Group.
They are responsible for assisting the ESG (environmental, socialand governance) annual public reporting and disclosures, andsupporting the team with research.
The incumbent will also supportpriority topics, participate in specific deliverables, and workwith internal stakeholders on sustainability related topics acrossQNB Group.
The remit covers Qatar, international branches,representative offices and subsidiaries.Education &Experience Requirements:
:
- Bachelor degree from a Top-tieruniversity degree from leading academic institution with focus onbusiness administration, science, sustainability related studies,or finance
- Qatari graduates with minimum 2 years'experience
- Awareness, knowledge, and/ or interest inSustainability topics, trends, practices and principles -Demonstrated delivery capability and ability to work well in a teamthrough work experience and/ or university assignments and projects
- Proven track record and experience in delivering specific tasksand objectives Required Special Skills:
- Strong oral and writtencommunication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Effectivemoderation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in andcollaborating and communicating effectively within project/ workinggroups,
- Drive, energy and motivated to gain new skills
- Stronganalytical, numerical, evaluation and planning skills
- Ability todemonstrate, adopt to, and/ or learn project management skills,managing tight deadlines, and working diligently in amulti-cultural operating environment
- Experience with all standardbusiness software applications, office communication tools andtechnologies with very strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel andWord
