To support our mission, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our properties.

Overview:

As a Maintenance Manager at Al Deera Commercial Real Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of our residential and commercial properties.

You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Maintenance Team:

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the maintenance team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Property Maintenance:

• Plan and oversee maintenance and repair activities for all properties under management.
• Coordinate and perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure timely and costeffective repairs and maintenance services.

Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to obtain quotes for maintenance and repair services.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors deliver services as per agreements.
• Maintain a database of reliable vendors and contractors for various maintenance needs.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget for each property.
• Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement costsaving measures without compromising quality.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.

Tenant Relations:

• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with maintenance services.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
• Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, budgets, and vendor performance for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Proficient in computer software, including maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
QAR4, QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
