As a Personal Executive Driver, you will serve as a dedicated chauffeur and assistant to the Director, providing safe and reliable transportation and running various errands as needed.

This role requires a highly professional individual with exceptional driving skills, discretion, and a commitment to delivering superior service. The Personal Executive Driver will work closely with the Director, ensuring their transportation needs are met efficiently and discreetly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and efficient transportation for the Director to and from various destinations, including meetings, appointments, and personal errands.
  • Maintain a clean and wellmaintained vehicle at all times, ensuring it is stocked with necessary amenities and in optimal condition for transportation.
  • Plan and execute the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering traffic conditions and potential delays.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
  • Run errands on behalf of the Director, which may include picking up/dropping off items, delivering documents, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Remain flexible and available to work hours as needed to accommodate the Director's schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director's schedule, destinations, and any sensitive information obtained during the course of duty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with the appropriate personnel to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities and company management.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a personal or executive capacity.
  • Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and loading/unloading items as needed.

Job Type:
Temporary

Salary:
QAR4,000.00 per month

  • You are expected to be available anytime 24/7 to assist the director. On top of 4000 QR salary, they will pay you overtime for extra hours. Friday also you will be paid full day as overtime. Do you accept the role?
