As a Crew Member, Below are the accountabilities & responsibilities to assist & direct in the day to day operations of the company's any business unit in an efficient manner which include ( but not limited to) the following:

To greet and welcome the guests, offer menu card & assist in taking orders, promote suggestive selling to increase the average sales revenue.

To achieve maximum guest satisfaction for our standard food taste & quality of service to increase the guest turnover.


To maintain high standards of personal as well as staff grooming, hygiene, & wear clean uniform while on duty, ie; Male must have clean shaved all days while on duty and Ladies must be having hairs tidy and completely under the cap, No ornaments to be worn while on duty, such as watch/ bracelet/ fancy earrings/ fancy rings, etc.


To ensure that the work area & stations are tidy and should maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service area & back of the house.


To be responsible for hands-on operational control of the outlet/ kiosk & ensure smooth operations at all time to achieve guest satisfaction & good reputation in local market.

To be responsible & accountable for monthly inventories and stock control in the outlet.

To create good team work, motivate staff and achieve performance based staff incentives, promotions/increments & staff welfare program.

To maintain open and positive communication with team, work as a team and conduct yourself in a professional manner.

All food safety /HSE policies & standards to be followed in the outlet.

To follow/respect Government guidelines about local culture and law.

To be aware of complete opening & closing procedure of the outlet.

To be aware of all the recipes, process and standards according to the company's guidelines and recipe standards.

To handle the cash register with 100% accuracy and Zero complaint.

Salary:
QAR1, QAR2,000.00 per month
