Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to employees and clients.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that ensure understanding of Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
  • Work with management to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support the implementation of Six Sigma methodology in their work.
  • Stay current with Six Sigma trends and developments to ensure training programs are uptodate.
  • Provide support to employees and clients in the implementation of Six Sigma principles in their work.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Six Sigma Instructor with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools and platforms for training delivery and evaluation.
