URGENT LOCAL HIRING OF FEMALE ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Job description:
As a Document Controller

  • Implement and enforce document control procedures and policies to maintain the integrity and security of documents.
  • Manage document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
  • Track and manage changes to documents, ensuring proper version control and preventing unauthorized alterations.
- must be very good at ENGLISH

  • Receive, process, and categorize incoming documents, ensuring proper naming conventions and metadata are applied.
  • Store documents in an organized and accessible manner using electronic document management systems (DMS) or other tools.
  • Ensure that documents are easily retrievable for authorized personnel, maintaining an efficient filing system.
As HR & Admin Assistant

  • Coordinates complex travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and visiting guests.
  • General office management such as ordering stationery.
  • Providing administration support to all Departments and Senior Management
  • Work autonomously in coordinating, managing, and prioritizing the daytoday human resources activities.

Requirements:

An Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred.

Previous experience in sales administration and document control roles.

Experience with CONTRACTING COMPANY.

Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
