Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Shawarma Chef to lead our shawarma kitchen operations.

As the Head Shawarma Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature shawarma dishes.

Your expertise in crafting delectable flavors, managing a team, and maintaining high culinary standards will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the shawarma kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Create and maintain standardized recipes and procedures for preparing highquality shawarma dishes, considering taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of fresh and highquality ingredients for shawarma preparations.
  • Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and control food costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the marinating, seasoning, and cooking of meats to achieve authentic and flavorful shawarma offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring they are properly cleaned, maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop new shawarma recipes, seasonal specials, and menu enhancements.
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of shawarma orders to meet customer expectations and optimize service efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new cooking techniques, and emerging flavors to continuously enhance the shawarma menu.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shawarma kitchen area.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head Shawarma Chef or similar role, demonstrating expertise in shawarma preparation and execution.
  • Indepth knowledge of various shawarma styles, marinades, and spices, with a strong emphasis on flavor profiles and authenticity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent quality and presentation of shawarma dishes.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation, with the ability to develop new shawarma recipes and menu items.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of a fastpaced kitchen environment.
  • Culinary certifications or relevant culinary training is preferred.
