Alors rejoignez les équipes EGIS de l'activité "Transport urbain & Aménagement Urbain"

L'activité se positionne sur l'assistance technique à maitrise d'ouvrage et la maitrise d'œuvre de projets urbains (renouvellement urbain NPNRU, voies vertes, plans cyclables, aménagements urbains, écoquartiers...) et de projets de transports urbains (Tramway, BHNS, Pôle d'échanges multimodaux...), ainsi que de projets routiers pour les collectivités locales (Départements et Métropoles en particulier).

L'agence de Rouen est au cœur de la conception et de la réalisation des projets d'infrastructures et d'aménagements urbains majeurs du territoire de Normandie.

A titre d'exemple, l'agence mène actuellement les études ou les travaux des opérations du Plan Vélo du Havre, de l'Ecoquartier Flaubert, du BHNS de Louviers, ou des NPNRU de Cléon, extension du Tram de Caen....

En tant que , au sein de notre agence de 12 personnes, vous êtes au cœur de la conception et de la réalisation des projets d'infrastructures et d'aménagements urbains.

Vos missions principales :

-Vous contribuerez à la production des études dans toutes les phases de conception (études de faisabilité, études d'avant-projet et de projet, dossiers de consultation des entreprises).

La conception générale des projets d'infrastructures urbaines (géométrie, nivellement, réseaux, revêtements), l'intégration des contraintes, notamment environnants existants, réseaux existants, géotechnique, environnement.
- La production de plans, documents graphiques et idéalement des pièces écrites, ainsi que la réalisation des métrés d'un projet, en utilisant les outils informatiques adéquats (CAO : AutoCad, Revit / DAO : Mensura)

Vous participez au développement du BIM sur l'agence.

De formation BAC+2 Génie civil- Travaux publics/ Licence CAO DAO ou équivalent, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire dans le domaine des projets d'infrastructures urbaines, transports urbains, réseaux humides.

Vous disposez des compétences suivantes :

Conception des projets (géométrie, nivellement, réseaux secs et réseaux humides, éclairage public, signalisation horizontale et verticale, revêtements),

- Idéalement rédaction de documents techniques concernant des dossiers d'Etude préliminaire, d'Avant Projet, de Projet et les DCE
- Participation à la production des avants métrés, bordereau des prix unitaires, détails estimatifs

-Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques Autocad, Mensura et/ou Covadis.

-Vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'équipe, d'aisance avec les divers interlocuteurs. Une rigueur technique, capacité d'organisation, méthode, autonomie et esprit d'initiative sont attendues sur le profil.

-Vous êtes soucieux d'intervenir sur des projets complexes, vous êtes moteur dans la réalisation d'ouvrages vertueux et soucieux de répondre aux enjeux actuels d'écoconception nécessaires à notre futur.
