Provideinformation to guests about available recreation facilities, whichmay include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitnesscenter, and child activities center. Encourage, recruit, register,and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rulesand regulations of the recreation facilities intended for thesafety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in therecreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance withlocal operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Providecashier services when working in facilities that include point ofsales transactions. Assist when hosting private functions withinthe recreation facilities with group activities and events.

Beaware of possible situations where guests are not able to safelyparticipate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager Provideassistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medicalservices.

Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment andsupplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; complete safety training and certifications. Followcompany policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets.

Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests' service needs; assist individualswith disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Speakwith others using clear and professional language; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals. Process payments for rental equipment, recreationactivities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Comply with qualityassurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verifyinformation in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visuallyinspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/orpoint of sale systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended periodof time or for an entire work shift.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance and objects weighing in excess of 25 pounds withassistance.

Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size andweight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Movethrough narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping,uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/orservice ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, includingbending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested.

ED equivalent Related Work Experience:
Norelated work experience

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisoryexperience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS License or Certification:
CPRCertification First Aid Certification Recreation Equipment Anycertification or training required by local and state agencies.
