YourTasks

  • Monitor all site and fabrication yardwelding activities and ensure that all welding joints were weldedas per COMPANY approvedWPS's.
  • Attending all PQR'smechanical testing to ensure complete implementation of corporatestandard requirements.
  • Witness allcontactors' welder's qualification tests andevaluate their visual and NDT results.
  • Witnessall site or fabrication yard NDT daily activities, carry outinterpretation for test results, and evaluate the findingouts.
  • Monitor the stage (in-process) inspectionof offshore steel structure fabrications, and top side facilitiesat contractor fabrication premises and verify the productconformity to corporate standard, project specs, and internationalcodes/standard.
  • Report daily to QA/QCCoordinator/ Engineer and advise him on the COMPANY'smain contractor compliance with contract procedures and standardsand any matters effecting quality.

YourProfile

  • Minimum high technical school orequivalent welding/NDT certification from a recognize organizationsuch as AWS, TWI, API, ASME, ; TWI CSWIP 3.2 inwelding is a must, and ASNT LEVEL II inNDT.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience inthe Oil & Gas Downstream Industry with an internationalconsultancy company, Third Party inspection/certification Company,EPIC contractor or end user in major projects implementation isessential.
