As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maximizing sales opportunities within the Qatar market.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

With a focus on our core areas of expertise, including construction, maintenance, civil works, interior designs, branding, and exhibition works, you will promote our services, showcase our capabilities, and work closely with clients to understand their requirements.

By effectively communicating our value proposition, you will contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the construction, maintenance, civil works, interior designs, branding, and exhibition works sectors in Qatar.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the target market, including architects, contractors, interior designers, facility managers, and decisionmakers in relevant industries.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking events, industry exhibitions, and other sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution of contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and sales forecasts to the management team.

Salary:
QAR2, QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
