Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead ICT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture:
- Drive the ICT strategy vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Align strategic initiatives with Enterprise Architecture Domains and Principles throughout the ICT department.
2. Develop IT Strategic Roadmap:
- Create, coordinate, and execute the IT strategic roadmap based on corporate objectives and strategies.
- Ensure strategic application of change is embedded in organizational management.
3. Enterprise Architecture Implementation:
- Implement Enterprise Architecture framework, capabilities, and processes.
- Ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed enterprise architecture changes and new solutions.
4. Technology Guidance and Consulting:
- Provide technology guidance to ICT strategic initiatives in alignment with EA framework.
- Support strategic transformation programs or projects with consulting services on technical plans and design principles.
5. Solution Architecture Development:
- Develop solution architectures for specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
- Identify and evaluate alternative architectures, considering cost, performance, and scalability.

Main Requirements:
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in IT Enterprise Architecture and Strategy; At least five years of demonstrated enterprise architecture qualification (TOGAF/Zachman) and architecture modeling using EA tools (ArchiMate/Alfabet/BiZZdesign).
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and the development of IT strategic roadmaps; Hands-on experience in developing policies and procedures around Enterprise Architecture.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of IT landscape (infrastructure, application and security); Ability to make key technical and governance recommendations considering current and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree (required) and Master's degree (preferable) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.
