The opportunity

  • We are seeking a motivated individual to join Evolution Sports as a Head Swimming Coach for the Learn to Swim program starting August 2024.
  • The role involves coaching sessions, aligning with the academy's coaching philosophy and values.
  • The Head Swimming Coach will lead the development of elite swimmers, focusing on competitive excellence and performance improvement.
  • Responsibilities include designing training programs, analyzing performance, and preparing athletes for competitions.

  • The position is full-time on a fixed-term contract.

About you

  • As the Head Swimming Coach, you will manage the Learn to Swim program, ensuring high-quality service and meeting performance targets.
