The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join Evolution Sports as a dedicated Swimming Coach/Teacher starting in August 2024. The successful candidate will oversee the Swimming program in alignment with the club's coaching philosophy and values.

As the Academy Swim Coach, you will lead the training and development of elite swimmers, focusing on achieving competitive excellence and sustaining a high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will involve designing training programs, analyzing performance, and preparing athletes for competitions at national and international levels. Collaboration with sports scientists and specialists is crucial to provide comprehensive athlete support for program success.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) on a fixed-term, one-year rolling contract.

About You

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience coaching at an elite level within a swimming academy or club, with a proven track record of grooming swimmers for national and international success. Advanced knowledge of competitive swimming techniques and training methodologies, along with a recognized swim coaching qualification (e.g., Swim England Level 3), is expected.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can contribute positively to all aspects of the academy and college. This position offers a great opportunity for a skilled practitioner to advance their career.
