POSITION SUMMARY
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Coordinate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, order times, and product availability. Communicate special meal needs, allergies, dietary requirements, and requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in MICROS system upon order placement. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and/or drink. Maintain work areas' cleanliness, including china and glassware, throughout the day. Complete closing tasks like restocking items and turning off lights. Present accurate bills to guests and process payments.

Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; and undergo safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, respect proprietary information's confidentiality, and safeguard company assets. Greet and assist all guests per company standards, anticipate service needs, aid individuals with disabilities, and express genuine gratitude towards guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, collaborate to achieve shared objectives, and address coworkers' concerns appropriately. Uphold quality standards and expectations. Review and verify information in various formats. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory background required

License or Certification: None
