Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Butcher, located in Doha, Qatar. The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and processing various types of meats, including poultry and seafood. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring all meat products meet the company's quality standards, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Butcher will also be responsible for managing inventory and keeping accurate records of stock.

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Butchery, including handling and processing Poultry and Seafood
  2. Experience in Meat Processing techniques and safety protocols
  3. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high hygiene standards
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
