If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Qatar Environment Team as a Senior Environmental Consultant.

This existing role will see you involved in:
  1. Lead the preparation of technical reports for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both local and international regulations and standards.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental scientists, engineers, and project managers, to conduct comprehensive baseline surveys, analyze data, and propose effective mitigation measures for potential environmental impacts.
  3. Interpret and apply relevant environmental regulations, actively engaging in client meetings and stakeholder interactions to address concerns and ensure compliance.
What You Will Bring To The Team:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 8-10 years of working experience in an international environmental consultancy, with a preference for candidates who have experience working in the Middle East region and/or on oil and gas projects.
  3. Demonstrated track record in the planning, coordination, and management of environmental projects.
  4. In-depth knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
  5. Exceptional technical writing skills, particularly in the preparation of EIA/ESIA reports, with a proven ability to communicate complex environmental concepts clearly and effectively.
  6. Demonstrated experience in effectively presenting technical information to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
